We live in turbulent times. Do you sometimes wonder how we can reconcile the individual and social challenges of our time with the idea of lightness in life?

The good news is that each of us has an enormously powerful tool within us that we can use to invite more inner peace, joie de vivre and light-heartedness into our lives. Discover yourself as this powerful instrument to take your place in life and shape it from within, step by step.

In the midst of the nature of this unique place of power, we invite you to explore your inner, your true nature: Where are your roots? What gives you support and orientation? What do you associate with fulfillment in your life? What is your special task in life? What inspires and motivates you, makes you grow and blossom? And how do you create a good balance for yourself personally between "working outwards" and "staying with yourself"?

As on the inside, so on the outside. As in the big, so in the small: Inspired by and in the nature around us, you will learn many possibilities and techniques from coaching and mindfulness in theory and practice, to find out for yourself and gain more clarity about how:

• you can find a good orientation for your life and work
• you can move forward resiliently on your own life path without losing your inner peace.
• you can initiate changes to open up new areas of your life and realize your dreams, wishes and goals.
• you can mindfully shape and consciously take your place in life - for yourself personally and as part of a greater whole.
• you can integrate more lightness, inner balance and joy into your life.

Anyone who enjoys rediscovering themselves! Anyone who wants to gain inspiration and new impulses. And anyone who simply wants to do something good for themselves and their well-being, and grow personally.

• Arrival from 15:00
• 16:00 Meeting point in the lobby and getting to know the group
• immediately afterwards, until approx. 18:00: Mindfulness practice to arrive and experience nature
• 19:00: Dinner together
• End-of-the-day cocktail together at the bar

• 08:00 – 08:45: Morning routine in nature - Gentle yoga and mindfulness practice (meditation by the lake)
• Followed by: breakfast
• 11:00 – 14:00: WORKSHOP PART 1 - Your place in life
• Followed by: free time to discover & enjoy
• 16:00 – 17:30: Mind- & Kindful: Forest bathing with all senses (mindfulness practice to anchor and deepen)
• 19:30: Dinner together

• 08:00 – 08:45: Morning routine- Gentle yoga and mindfulness practice
• Followed by: breakfast
• 11:00 – 14:30: WORKSHOP PART 1 - Your place in life
• Followed by: free time to discover & enjoy
• 18:00 – 18:30:Mind- & Kindful: Mindfulness practice to anchor and deepen
• 19:30: Dinner together
• Afterwards: Carried by sound and warmth - sound bath by the community fire, alternatively by the natural bathing pond
