We dedicate this yoga lodge to the equinox and celebrate the beginning of autumn, which was regarded as the “great sunset of the year” in Celtic mythology. For this occasion, we put the four elements of earth, water, fire and air at the centre of our retreat. Intensive, flowing, meditative, and clear: the elements complement each other and create a pleasant feeling of harmony and balance in their interplay. Experience individually coordinated entities and rituals for each element!

- 16:00: Meeting point in the lobby – we get to know each other and move into our yoga room
- 16:30 – 18:00: Yoga practice – Vinyasa Slow Flow & Yin Yoga
- 19:00: Dinner together
Nature and the harmony of the elements
- 08:00 – 09:30: Yoga practice – grounding vinyasa flow class
- Followed by: breakfast and free time
- 12pm - approx. 2:30pm: Seezeitlodge nature experience
- 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Restorative yoga class & a very special gift
- 19:00: Dinner together
Magical powers of life
- 7:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.: Yoga in the yurt – moments by the fireplace
- Followed by: breakfast and free time
- 2:30 p.m.: A bath in warmth and well-being - Yogi*ni Sauna
- 17:00 – 18:30: Yoga practice – Yin & Yang journey to the heart.
- 19:30: Dinner together
- Afterwards: keeping the fire – a ritual of light and life force

- 08:00 – 09:30: Yoga practice – breath, mindfulness & flow
- Followed by: breakfast together and farewells
