With this yoga lodge you can relax your head, heart and soul with a summer feelings. Immerse yourself in a little pause of serenity and joie de vivre: everything revolves around relaxing yet energising moments. There are varied yoga classes, meditations, breath work in nature, mindfulness exercises and Celtic-inspired rituals to celebrate Midsummer Night.

3 dream nights in your favourite room with canopy bed

- Long-sleeper breakfast buffet until 11:00 with many homemade, regional delicacies and organic products, freshly prepared egg dishes

16:00 Meeting point in the lobby - we get to know each other (and the hotel) and move into our yoga room
4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Arrive, breathe deeply and enjoy (meditation and slow flow yoga)
19:00: Dinner together
Afterwards: enjoy the fire - chat & cocktail to end the day
Moments of mindfulness
7:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.: The magic of a new day (meditative morning ritual under the trees (zeit.raum) and mobilizing yoga flow of mindfulness)
Followed by: breakfast and free time
4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Experience with all your senses (gentle yoga flow nuanced with pranayama and meditation)
7:00 p.m.: Pleasure meets mindfulness – a special dinner
After sunset: sound bath by the pond
