The Seezeit Lodge is a unique place, in which we can sense the rhythm of nature and its elements in a special way.

Time and space can be found for yoga, a favourite activity at Seezeitlodge, and one which is immersed in Celtic traditions.

Let us invite you to spend four special days at the “Yoga Lodge”, absorbed in the rich experience yoga offers, connecting with nature and with yourself. To make this a truly special time for you, we have created a comprehensive package. Alongside daily yoga and meditation sessions, your day will include carefully coordinated communal meals and a chance to experience the lodge’s natural surroundings.

Everything in nature is in flux. As the seasons pass, one moment autumn is enchanting us with its incredible, colourful splendour and abundance, the next moment it has beaten a retreat and is making way for winter.

The unique character of this season’s shorter days provides an opportunity to look back and turn our focus inwards. This is a time of stillness, a time for tranquillity and regeneration. Yoga connects us with nature’s essential flux. Autumn is a time to relinquish the old and obsolete, and to regain strength and vitality through inner retreat.

Inspired by nature’s intrinsic wisdom, and by the lore of ancient traditions and rituals, here at the Yoga Lodge, we devote ourselves entirely to the nourishing and clarifying power of yoga. We start the day with meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama). Our morning sessions finish with flowing Vinyasa yoga sequences. The evenings are designed to afford tranquillity and relaxation through yin & yang yoga and open the way for an incredible inward journey.

We would love to invite you to spend some time at this truly restorative location, taking a well-being break to be experienced with all the senses.

5 pm – 6.30 pm: Welcome – letting go and settling in (yin & yang yoga)
Followed by: communal evening meal

7 am – 7.30 am: The magic of the morning – pranayama and meditation
7.30 am – 9 am: Elements in harmony – meditation in movement (Vinyasa flow)
Followed by: breakfast & free time
12 pm – approx. 3 pm: Earth beneath your feet, living in the moment – a walk through nature
On our return: joint participation in a special activity programme
5 pm – 6.30 pm: Stillness creates space – spiritual focus and clarity (yin and restorative yoga)
Followed by: communal evening meal
