SPA etiquette

Booking treatments and arrival
Our recommendation for you: Book your applications even before your arrival. You will receive your appointment confirmation directly upon arrival at Seezeitlodge.

Please make your way to our spa reception about ten minutes prior to the start of your application. Out of respect for the guests who are booked after you, we ask for your understanding that should you be delayed, this time will be deducted from your treatment time.

A time for peace and tranquility
Our Seezeit Spa resort is a place for relaxation, so we kindly ask you to refrain from using mobile phones and tablets. Smoking is prohibited throughout the wellness area.

Our treatments have varying effects; please let us know in advance
of any complaints, intolerances, illnesses, or allergies you have
so that any treatment we provide can fully and positively support your body. Since not all treatments are suitable for pregnant women, we have compiled recommendations for expectant mothers. Our qualified spa staff will be happy to advise you.
We would like to point out that visits to the sauna or steam bath in combination with various treatments can intensify or diminish the effect of the treatm.

Please come to your application in your bathrobe.

Please note that nudity is allowed only in the sauna area. Hand towels are provided for your convenience. You’ll find a bathrobe, hand towels, and slippers in your spa bag in your room.

Fulfilling requests
Before each application, we will ask for your personal treatment goals and requests. Providing competent advice is part of our application and very important to us.

Should you cancel later, we will unfortunately still have to charge you the full price.

Children and applications/sauna
The sauna area is a place of peace and quiet. We ask for your understanding that children are only permitted in these areas if they are aged 16 and above.

The spa team looks forward to your visit!
