The Seezeitlodge Hotel & Spa provides press photos on the homepage, in press releases and on other channels for one-off use free of charge, provided that these are used for direct editorial reporting (text and image in direct context) about the hotel and spa and its names it.

If in doubt, please contact the hotel or our press agency STROMBERGER PR to find out whether it is possible to use these free of charge.

Use of the photographic material must include the name of the hotel and the photographer/copyright owner: © Seezeitlodge Hotel & Spa/ (name photographer). You will find the photo credit details in the caption for the respective image.

Online media (portals, blogs, etc.) must additionally
link to the website www.seezeitlodge-bostalsee.de.

Use of the images, videos, layouts on social platforms such as Facebook, Flickr, Vimeo, Instagram or YouTube must be requested in each case.

There must be no doubt about the relationship of the photographic material to the content and to the copyright holder. The use of the photographic material does not entail the transfer of ownership or copyrights.

SPECIMEN or LINK
Please do not forget to send our PR agency a specimen copy, a PDF or the link when using the image material.

Making a copy of the images or forwarding them to third parties is not permitted. The image material provided may not be redesigned, distorted, edited or fundamentally altered. The user is liable for all damages resulting from unlawful use for other purposes. All commercial use of the image material is prohibited.

For any legal claims by third parties brought against the hotel as a result of improper use, the user shall bear the costs of legal action or defence against legal claims, including any legal fees incurred.
